She had the biggest song in the 90s with One Sweet Day with 16 weeks on #1 and now again with We Belong Together! Was never a huge fan of the song but congrats

How is this list determined? The other day mousemaker posted a list where NSA was #2 selling album of the
decade...so I gather this is not based on sales.
