I used mine (spent over $35) but have been reading the thread on MUA about them placing a flag on your account if you try to use the coupon without the minimum
required purchase. It's not a huge deal, but having your shipments delayed will end up being a permanent thing and that's not something I'm
interested in for the future.

Sephora is so weird about how they send out coupons.
I got a $20 off coupon (despite the fact that I've barely shopped there all year so my VIB thing will be gone at the end of this year) and when it arrived via email this weekend it was all "time is running out! Expires on Monday!" like I received the coupon already. This was the first I saw it! And then they sent it again today with an expiration date of tomorrow.

Mine both had the same gift card number on it so if you try to use the one they sent today it'll probably say it was redeemed.

And like I said yesterday, they re-sent some or all of the emails yesterday and changed the expiration dates to today.

I wouldn't care at all if they cancelled my order. I was just trying to see if it would work. I'll be upset if they just go ahead and charge me full
price though without warning.
I don't understand the account flagging either.. People probably just didn't read the $35 minimum. Not everyone is trying to defraud them or something. They should have just set the system up to only accept it for orders over $35 not let it go then "flag" everyone who didn't know. Not that it matters to me personally at all.. |

it went through to me, and in my account it says "shipped & paid for" I don't really order from them often anyways. So flagging my account
makes no difference to me. My card was charged for the $7 too. so
 i'm not sure what's going to happen or if it's going to take longer to get
it. But oh well.

I used mine on the 9th, and they sent me an email on the 10th telling me to use it. I thought it was a new one so I went to use it again and it blocked me (in
store), so they gave me 3 free 100pt samples in the store for their error.
