Are you guys like me? Or do more times than not your favorite shows are in-sync with how you want them to play out?

I feel like I never get my way in regards to my shows. |

I feel I never get the couples I want. The people I want to live die, and the people I want to die live. When I want a show to go one way it goes another. I
just feel like I never get the outcome I want.

Well, I sort of know how you feel. It doesn't happen with every show - sometimes I just don't like any of them to have them win, fall in love,
whatever.
I know I stopped watching American Idol after the 3rd season because I always wanted the other one to win |

I'm the same way. Couples that I want to get together/stay together don't stay together for long but of course the writers have to mix it up like that
b/c otherwise it would be boring. This is also why I can't watch the Olympics.

examples for me: Grey's Anatomy - Izzie and George, Meredith and George
Friends: Ross and Rachel ending up together. It's late and I don't feel like thinking of more... |

I know what you mean. I've experienced this with General Hospital, in particular.

I think I usually get my way with that stuff. The only example I can think of where I didn't get my way explicitly was Veronica Mars. Logan and Veronica
BELONGED together! Rob Thomas was just to silly and stubborn to see it!
Well, I always liked Dexter and Rita together and it's looking like I won't get that either! |
