If only all of America's bigwigs really cared about their employees like this guy did.

I think all big bosses like that should do that actual job at least one day a year. They can get so far removed from the realities of the everyday business.

I liked it too. I'm going to try and watch next week if I remember. It looks like it will be a good one since one of the managers was degrading his employees.

I recorded it but I haven't watched it, yet. But I watched the Oprah episode about it last week. It was so sweet.

I liked that boss. I missed the last 20 minutes so I'm gonna look it up tomorrow.
Now the manager at Hooters I hope his ass got fired. |

I found it to be very, very touching as well.
I really appreciate the concept. When Oprah did an hour on it last week, I definitely cried. |

Reminds me of that show where millionaires went "undercover" to see which charities they wanted to donate $50K to.

Reminds me of SEIU's Walk A Day In My Shoes. Something everyone should do - boss, candidate, whoever.

I really liked the show too. I can't wait to see what happens to that one Hooter's manager. His reindeer games? What a prick.

Dmn I missed it. I wish some principals would put on make-up to disguise themselves and do it. I think they'd appreciate their teachers much more.

The show is up on CBS's website.
I liked it, but I kinda rolled my eyes at the "feel-goodness" towards the end. I doubt much will change in the company, but it was fun to see the top CEO cleaning toilets and sorting threw trash. |
