I love how Shar said the last time she had seen K-Fed before they started Celebrity Fit Club was "a while" ago and she didn't even know he was doing it. You'd think if he was such a doting father to his other kids, then it wouldn't have been a while since she's seen him.

I feel kind of bad for her, it's so obvious that she hasn't moved on/has gotten no closure. It's obvious that he's over it, but her image definitely took quite a hit with that.
