3 sessions for the same person in a matter of 3 weeks. What would you do to compensate for that? You only meet the person 2 times a week and you never called
to cancel these sessions, you just forgot and overslept.

I would definitely get a new PT. He/she doesn't sound professional AT ALL.

You're spending a lot of money on those sessions. I'd ask for a bunch of free sessions for hindering my progress and being irresponsible.

Don't you guys think the normal thing would be for the trainer to offer that? Or no?

Is there more than one trainer? Can you switch to a new one who'll compensate for those missed sessions and be more diligent about keeping their
appointments? I wouldn't want to continue with this one.

He's the head trainer and owns the business. So I'd have to tell him I wanted a new trainer and that would be awkward and whatever. I'm annoyed by
the whole thing, but not too upset. I just thought it was really strange that he didn't offer any compensation, ya know?

When my trainer missed a session (which was once) he refunded the cost.

Yeah. Is he at least going to make up the sessions you missed? How much longer do you have with him? Have you been seeing results despite his missed sessions?

Yeah, he's going to make them up. And no, I don't see progress. But I'm supposed to see him M and W. The first week, he missed the Monday. The 2nd
week he made both days. This week he missed W and Friday, because we rescheduled Wednesday for Friday. So in 3 weeks I've only seen him 4 times instead of
6, with no consistency.

That's really unprofessional.
My ex was a PT and if he had to miss a session w/ a client, he'd make sure they rescheduled it or added an extra session on [to make up for the missed one]. But if the client missed it w/o letting him know, he was like yeahhhh fuck that lol. |

They have a damn easy job so to miss it consistently with no regard for anyone else's schedule is just plain rude. As the owner, it's especially
unprofessional. These are situations when I'd have politely demand something if his unprofessional ass didn't offer anything as he should have.

Well, only once the excuse was oversleeping. But he does have to get up at 4:30am on the days we meet.

It doesn't matter what time he has to get up to get there, he agreed to the time and needs to stick to it. He needs to offer compensation, at minimum
making up the missed sessions at no cost to you. Given that it was circumstances in his control (it's not like he was in an auto accident or had a family
emergency), I believe he sould offer additonal compensation. What he has done is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. He needs to either shape up and
make it to work on time or find himself another client.

Oversleeping is a pretty lame excuse for a professional.
