A tiny little piece of my tooth chipped off yesterday and it felt really rough and I kept rubbing my tongue over that spot all day. Now today when I woke up,
another little piece chipped off in the same place so now it's actually noticeable. WTF! This is one of my worst nightmares, I have dreams like 3x a week
about my teeth falling out and whatnot. I am freaking out.

I would go back or call to ask about it. Tooth enamel is supposed to be pretty tough and the only reason I could think of why it would be breaking off is due
to a traumatic blow or some kind of decay weakening it.

Calcium deficiency.
Or excessive acid wear-n-tear, i.e. eating lots of lemons/limes, etc. |

My cousin chipped her tooth eating a piece of lettuce in her salad. She had to go to the dentist and get a cap (I think) put on it.

I broke a molar once, on the crust of Tombstone pizza.
The tooth had already had a filling in it, and just weakened over time. The dentist put an enamel
base down, then a crown. It wasn't as awful as I thought it would be, it just seemed like a long time in the chair.

I had a tooth all of a sudden break off. Not the whole tooth but a pretty substantial chunk but I had a root canal on this tooth so it was much weaker. I have
dreams Like 5x a week where my teeth fall out but its actually a subconscious fear of aging according to dream books it has nothing to do with actual teeth
