3:47 pm:The grand jury has handed up an indictment. It is for a capital crime - we don't yet know which one, so no bond. Since Casey Anthony is not in custody her name was not used in open court but the grand jury was hearinh testimony in that case. It will be public when she is arrested. More in a minute.

 The entire family is whack. I have a feeling the grandmother knows more than what
she is implying.

I just don't understand why the grandparents are spending so much money on t-shirts, fliers, benefits, etc. They even have bulletin boards! Is this paid
for by the police department? I don't see how they could have that much money, especially if they were trying to make their daughter's bond.

Have you heard the jailed conversations between the mom and her brother? He asked her to write a detailed letter which would contain everything that she has
told the authorities/psychotherapists. The letter is supposed to be a detail chronological account of when Caylee first came up missing. She had the nerve to
tell the brother that she hadn't gotten around to it yet. Is she that busy in jail? WTF?

I am, because I live 10 minutes away from Orlando so it's always on and always interrupting programs all the time. Did anyone see the Nancy Grace episode
where they did the experiment on pizza to see if it smells like rotting cadavers. Well, they did it and at the end of 10 days the pizza was dried up with
NO smell whatsoever. Now the grandfather is reiterating that the smell was pizza. I think the whole family is in denial BIG time.

Yep I heard about that and that is wierd too. Nancy Grace talked about it on her show on either Thurs or Friday. I can't wait to wach NG tonight at 8 to
see what more stuff they have. She seems to be having heavy coverage and gets new things.

She is a DAMN liar. I have followed this case REALLY closely as Hunter is about 3 weeks younger and I can't imagine this bullshit. And I blame her
parents...they enabled her all her damn life so she didn't care if it was right or wrong because mommy and daddy bought it all. Come on she lived at home
for 2 years and probably was asking for money every now and then....they didn't ask why? And if you are living with someone wouldn't they have the
"nanny" info in case they wanted to pick her up, or mom was working late?
