So ex BFF and I have recently decided we should get together to speak. She told me her days off and we had the same days off. We're both busy this
weekend but Wednesday was the day we both had off and could have gotten together. She made the suggestion .... and then never got back to me.
I understand that, after a year, it'll be weird to sit down and speak and get things out in the open but seriously, why leave me hanging? If you're not ready. Tell me. I didn't make plans solely because I thought we'd be getting together to talk. I put things off for this and then I don't hear from her. I signed into my old messanger and she was online so she OBVIOUSLY got the message from me saying I was free ALL day today.
I'm not asking to be best friends again. I didn't even message her to reconcile. I had things I needed to get off my chest, she's the one who wants to get together. If you want to try and get together to talk then don't suggest days and then bail without even letting me know you can't/won't/whatever.
