I listened to her album...and she can NOT sing. You might as well give anyone a recording contract.

She may not have the best voice but I think she's a really great songwriter. Something about her honesty and bluntness in her lyrics... and her
personality, she's adorable. I dont know.
Sometimes I don't always have to listen to the best voice to like music.  ...Usually I do.

She's young and has some talent as a songwriter. But as she gets older, those talents won't see her through as people realize her youth isn't the
reason why she can't sing on-key. It kills me that people compare her to LeAnn Rimes, who was always so flawless, no matter how old she was or what she was
singing.

And for the person who commented on Jessica Simpson, I agree. Neither of them can perform well in concert, but at least Taylor has some songwriting skill that includes more then just sitting in the room with the songwriters like so many artists like Jessica and others.

I saw Taylor last summer and honestly she was better than she was the year before.. I think over time her Live show will get better..
And I agree with the whole Madonna thing.. I never really thought she was the 'Mandonna' everyone makes her out to be. |
