Your bigger concern should be the fact that chain places load you up with lettuce so you won't notice the lack of meat!
We put lots of meat so the lettuce doesn't have anywhere to go and people get mad when it falls out! |

Only when it's one piece that is good enough to be in a salad. I've only seen that at Wendys and actual restaurants. Even then I normally take it off.
