I guess you would call it.
Anyways, my step-grandpa, I guess you would call him, has been with my grandma for 17 years and he is in the hospital with a blood clot in the brain. (The hospital is about 2 hours away.) Last year he was in the hospital with a brain aneurysm, the family went up see to him almost everyday, and his blood family never came to see him once. We always considered him part of the family. Earlier this week, I went to ask him to co-sign for a car for me. He told me that he didn't consider me to be part of his family, which really hurt me. Now my family doesn't even want to go see him, because he has been rude with us, and doesn't consider us family. I just don't want anything terrible to happen to him, and we never went to see him, but it's hard to get over the fact that he doesn't actually think of us as family. We always go over to see him.
