Hey guys!!! So my best friend and I are going to Vegas on Tuesday for a girls trip and we decided we wanted to get matching friendship tattoos while we were down there on vacation. Anyways we were thinking of either going to Vince Neil Ink at the Rio or Hart & Huntington at the Hard Rock. From looking on their web pages it looks like they mostly accept walk-in's. Is this correct? Have you ever got a tattoo from either of these places? Thanks!
