I have used both liquid and pencil but everytime I wear it, either 20 minutes later it is above my eyelids (under the eyebrow) or its faded. Any good
recommendations on either lasting eyeliner or how to keep it looking nice?

That first one - do you add water? How does it look? Sort of like liquid eyeliner?
Thanks! |

I just bought the Victoria Secret one that has a smudge brush on the other end and I LOVE it so far. It stays on all day and doesn't smudge. It glides on,
too.. very easy to use. It was only $8.

No, you don't add water. It's a cream liner, so it's a soft look. I love it. It's error proof really. And it stays on, just apply your shadow
over it and you are in good shape. It's fun to play with some of the colors too.

I second Urban Decay 24/7 liners! Also, Bobbi Brown long wearing gel eyeliners are amazing and last forever.
