I was excited to see them live.
The show I am going to has no opening act now. Unless someone else joins the tour.
EDIT: the title since it was cut off

Thank GOD! I was pissed Parachute wasn't at my date. The Veronicas sound terrible live.

Are they that bad?
I like the couple albums that I have. They are not great by any means but I like them. I am going to the Youngstown show and there is no one opening now. |

That's the show I'm going to! I'm sure they'll add someone.
Yeah, youtube some of their live performances. Not good. |

^Do you know what the closest Hotel is to the venue? Maybe walking distance because we want to drink!

Is there a mall worth going to in the area? I'm coming from Cleveland and my friend and I were considering shopping during the day and then going to the
show. If there's nothing exciting, we'll just go for the show.

There are two malls that are each about 10 minutes or so from Youngstown but in different directions. One is in Boardman and it's called Southern Park
Mall, and the other is in Niles and it's called Eastwood Mall. There's also TONS of restaurants and other stores and everything by each of these. I
like Southern Park a lot more, personally, but both are nice.
As far as hotels... it's so weird because I seriously never paid attention. Youngstown isn't really a big city like Cleveland or Pittsburgh, although it has its big-city aspects, I'm not sure how many hotels are near here... or if I've ever seen one within walking distance. But I do know there are some in Boardman which is about 10 minutes away, and it's a nice part of town.. you could always have a taxi bring you to the Covelli Center. I'm assuming it wouldn't cost much because it's not that far, but it's definitely not walking distance, haha. |

Hillbillyrckstr wrote:There are also some cool bars on Federal Street downtown which is very close to the venue. I'd recommend Imbibe, it's a newer martini bar.. I love it. Or this place called Downtown 36. |

I only live in East Liverpool, so if I am going to drive to Boardman then I am going to drive home.
It would be a waste to stay in Boardman when it's like 35 minutes from home. I agree with the Southern Park Mall being better than Eastwood. |

Daughtry has a PIT? Gosh, I feel so out of the loop. Also, stop teasing me.
And yeah I'd say if you live in East Liverpool it would be kinda dumb to stay in Boardman. I just did search for hotels downtown and I'm seriously not sure if there are any at all. The only ones that come up are actually over in Boardman or Austintown, even though they're listed as "Youngstown". |

There are actually still PIT tickets avaiable for Daughtry... only because everyone doesnt know the trick to getting them!
We were going to stay in Youngstown if there was something really close but one of us will have to not drink or have one and drive home. |

RoCkJ03 wrote: Ticketmaster is not registering them as Best Avaiable. You have to manual change the setting to General Admission and they will come up! I know over at the official board people are irrate that this happened bc most people that being front row was literally front row but then the news came out about the pit after the presales went on sale. This is a image I created of the venue and kinda what the stage will look like.
