when I put my arm down. It was fine until about 530 this afternoon and it honestly hurts so bad right now! What could it be? When I look, there's a red
spot and I can feel what feels like a bruise.

Could it just be a bruise? Did you do anything to your arm that you can remember that might cause a bruise?

it's in my armpit. I dont know how I bruised my armpit.

Yeah, I guess that would be kind of hard to bruise your armpit unless if you were playing with crutches or something. Give it some time, maybe it will go away
on its own.

might want to put a hot compress on it for awhile (if its an ingrown hair)

My first thought was a cyst of some sort or an ingrown hair. That sucks
