I'm trying to preorder Stephen King's new book for my boyfriend for his birthday. Walmart online has the best price with free shipping, but when I go to check out it says that item cannot be shipped to my state. Anyone know why? I can go through and place the same exact order on Amazon.com and it works (but the price is a little more). I just don't know why Walmart couldn't ship me a book....
