Insurance website and then google for reviews if you care. Or if you have a major insurance company, you can look for reviews on yelp.com's forums and then
see if they take your insurance.

Find a doctor that's accepting new patients. Read reviews online. Go from there.

Find a hospital that is close and has good reviews and call their physician referral service. It's always good to know what hospital your doc has admitting
privileges at.
