He listed a used PSP with two used games, and it just sold for $520. WHY? That makes zero sense to me.

Wait- he says the buyer is from Nigeria, someone who has already tried to scam him...I didn't know those people could fraudulently bid? I knew they could

No penalty at all. Ebay tends to protect buyers and doesn't care about sellers, unfortunately.

You can change your settings to block groups of people from bidding.
