I think you can find a BETA version somewhere, but it's hard to find a legit Windows 7 final copy.

if you host a Windows 7 release party you get a free copy. I have like three friends that are doing that but they work in IT so they may get special
privileges. My BF just borrowed their disk and put it on all of our computers. I love it so far.
